ERT Saturday Edition

Today is the third class in our current four class set. We will begin class with our propose a solution test, we did not have the test last week. Our grammar unit is unit 80.

The phrase of the week is, "rat race." This is a phrase we use to describe continuously working with a clear objective and with no end in sight. For example, "I feel like my life has become a rat race."

Today's reading material is about moving to a small town in Italy and our listening material is on parental leave. I have changed the fonts for the material just to see how students react. Please listen for the vocabulary words and create examples.

Vocabulary

  • divvy up- to divide or share (something)
