Today is the ninth class of our current twelve class set. We will continue the vocabulary challenge.

This week we will read about smog. Our listening material is about singer Eric Nam. I have included a basic video about service excellence. It is very basic, but might be a good start for you. We can discuss it in class if you have any questions.
