Greek yogurt, a spoonful of nutrition (Beginner)

Take the short quiz and participate in the discussion question at the bottom of the page

Greek yogurt didn't receive much attention until a local cable TV program talked about its nutritional benefits. A television program decided to have a show about Greek yogurt in Seoul. The yogurt is known to be healthy, and a great diet food because of its low calories.

The program discussed the health benefit of the yogurt, but did not have kind words for the yogurt stores. Having visited some of the most popular Greek yogurt-selling stores, the producer, concluded that none of the Korean stores sold "real" Greek yogurt made in the traditional way. He then traveled all the way to Greece to learn how to make yogurt the local way.

The producer said the Korean stores make the yogurt too sweet. Real Greek yogurt is sugar and additive free. What happened next wasn't pretty. The store's owner posted a complaint online and the program received a warning from the Korea Communications Standards Commission for incorrect broadcasting.

Discussion: Is authenticity important when it comes to food? Is it okay to change the recipe? (answer in the comments)
